Director’s Statement (Javier Fuentes Feo): “The current circumstances have forced us to think deeply about the importance of cultural events for local communities. In this sense, we consider essential that cultural projects can be developed – always respecting all the sanitary requirements – due to their ability to put people in contact and to generate sociability through processes of debate and knowledge. For this reason, our intention is to do everything possible to avoid falling into the exclusive digitization of life and celebrate physically part of the activities planned for the tenth anniversary of Muestra de Cine de Lanzarote.”
