Three unique conferences that will address fishing in the history of Lanzarote, in the history of cinema and in the history of humanity. They will be held on November 16, 17 and 18.
Hikes on the island
Four guided tours in some of the most important places in Lanzarote and La Graciosa related to fishing. They will take place on November 26 and 27 and December 3 and 4.
Meetings
Meetings with women who worked in the canning industries and fishermen of Lanzarote. They will be held on November 26 and December 1 and 2.
Presentation of the book “Somos costeras”
Presentation of the book “Somos costeras. Las mujeres en la pesca artesanal de Canarias”, written by Gloria Cabrera Socorro. It will be held at the Sociedad Democracia on November 30.
Roundtable
Round table on current issues that affect fishing and the oceans in which leading state professionals will participate. It will take place on December 1.
