El pan nuestro de cada día

Trasfoco

In times of crisis, when the city can no longer provide a living, a young couple turns to the countryside in search of a new beginning. The dry and stubborn land teaches them that nothing grows without effort and that water, almost as scarce as hope, can decide the fate of those who try to cultivate it. Little by little, others arrive, equally battered by poverty, and together they set out to revive the soil that seems to have given up. They dig, share, argue and dream: each action becomes an act of collective survival. In this harsh landscape, where the rain is slow to come and the sun never lets up, a community emerges and discovers that when water is lacking, only a shared will can carve out a channel through which life might flow again.
