Steamboat Bill Jr.
Sección Trasfoco: The wind
A wealthy entrepreneur sets up a new shipping company with a luxurious new riverboat. His only rival, an old paddleboat run by a hardened old captain which has seen better days, is soon abandoned by the locals who prefer the new steamboat. Days later the captain’s son, who he hasn’t seen since he was a young boy, arrives to help out but he turns out to be an artsy daydreamer. Little by little they try to negotiate their very difficult father-son relationship. The young man is a bohemian, while the father expects him to take over the family business. But, as usual, love ends up upsetting the best-laid plans of both the grizzled old captain and the wealthy entrepreneur.
