Winged Migration

Trasfoco: The wind

Every year, millions of birds migrate from one place to another around the world in search of the right conditions for nesting and breeding. From north to south and from south to north, they take to flight in large flocks or in little groups back and forth to their summer and winter destinations. On these fascinating journeys they cross over land, sea, oceans and vast continents; an adventure full of risks and hazards that is repeated generation after generation. Here the camera becomes yet another companion on these journeys, offering the spectator a unique experience of flying among millions of birds to reach some of the most extraordinary places on the planet.
